We ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. Orders are dispatched with flexible Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — so you can choose the arrangement that suits your logistics. Production and delivery lead times are confirmed with your quote.

• Samples and small parcels: typically by express courier (e.g. DHL / FedEx).
• Bulk orders: by air or sea freight depending on volume and destination.
• Export documentation is prepared for international shipments.

Returns & replacements

Every instrument is inspected before shipping. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
